Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused and in resellable condition. We provide a full refund for any bag of food, treats, or litter returned with at least 50% of the product remaining, and all open bags are donated to local rescues after your refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Destroyed dog toys
- Leashes, collars, or harnesses that have been chewed
- Sale items, seasonal items, or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Beds that have been used or show signs of wear

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
