How to Manage Your Subscriptions

We're so glad to offer this feature as part of our renowned customer service, though it should never replace the joy of visiting one of our locations!

Accessing Your Account

To manage your subscription, click the account icon in the top right corner on desktop. On mobile, open the menu and tap Log In. You'll be prompted to sign in with your email using Shop or a one-time code sent to your inbox.

Note: You must be logged in as a customer to make any changes to your subscription.

How to Change a Subscription

Once logged in you'll land on your Account page. Click Subscriptions to view and manage your active orders.

1. Step 1: Select the subscription you'd like to update.
2. Step 2: From there you can update your delivery frequency, skip an order, pause, or cancel.
3. Step 3: Save your changes and they'll be reflected on your next order.
4. Step 4: Past orders are always kept on file, so you can restart a subscription anytime.

Note: Changes made today will reflect at the store level the following day. If your subscription is set to ship today, please contact your local store directly to make an immediate change.
