Healthy Pet is committed to taking extreme caution to protect the safety and well-being of customers and employees while also continuing to provide premium-quality pet supplies for your four-legged family members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We believe the best approach is to follow the guidance and advice of the medical experts. We will follow CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We will take necessary precautions by continuing to provide hand sanitizer for all and step up our frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our merchandising areas, ladders, step stools, freezer/refrigerators, counters, restrooms, door handles, dog washes, iPads, price guns, keyboards, scanners and payment terminals. Basically, if anyone touches it, we will be disinfecting it. Additionally, we are asking that employees increase the frequency of hand-washing throughout their shifts. We ask if you choose to join us in store, to maintain a healthy distance between you and other customers (current recommendation is 6 feet or more).

For those who are elderly, immuno-compromised, or simply staying in to help stop the spread, we encourage you to purchase online, and we will happily deliver for all orders over $49 for free. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours, though delivery time may increase as more people opt to stay home and delivery services are in higher demand.  Need your items quicker? Try our curbside pickup. Simply order online and pick up your purchase without leaving the safety of your car. 

While we are able to continue operating as an essential business, we have reduced our store hours to allow us greater time to sanitize and restock.  We are now open 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.  Our DIY Dog Washes are OPEN (5/4/20) after being closed for the entire month of April for everyone's safety.
